The deposit will be refunded upon check-out after confirming there is no damage/odor. Rules and Guidance: Inform guests in person that pets must be kept in cages at all times (in public areas), daily cleaning responsibilities will be incurred, and penalties for violations (such as additional cleaning fees or mandatory check-out); guide guests to designated areas for pet activity (such as the area outside the hotel). 5. Check-in Registration and Information Retention: Register the pet's name, breed, and vaccination status; retain the guest's emergency contact number for timely communication in case of emergencies (such as a lost pet or disturbance to the neighbors). 6. Room Cleaning During Stay: Room service staff will clean the room after the guest and pet have left; or if the guest is in the room and the pet is kept in a cage, room service staff will clean the room. Room service will not be provided if the pet is alone in the room or if the pet is not in a cage when the guest is present. 7. Check-out: Guests must check out and receive a refund of their deposit at the front desk. The front desk will notify housekeeping to check the room. A full refund of the deposit will be issued only if housekeeping reports no damage to the room. For any damage, compensation will be made according to the "Room Items Compensation List."
